- Need to have worked for / working for a company which leverages technology & data to drive a customer experience for its product or services.
- Lead UX and visual design efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences that are measurable and drive higher conversion and satisfaction.
- Become a trusted user expert and aggressively advocate for the user to influence all product decisions.
- Own the end - to - end UX vision and process from concept to prototyping to execution and QA.
- Identify UX enhancement opportunities and tests (based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis and user feedback) that align with product and UX strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, front - end engineers to develop innovative UX design deliverables based on platform analytics, user research, strategic direction, and intended user experience.
- Build and maintain effective directional material including User Personas and Customer Decision Journeys in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Inform digital experience strategy, innovation agenda and aid in the development of product roadmaps.
- Good understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms, and the technologies customers are using to drive and deliver digital innovation.
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Knowledge on Consumer Electronics Industry.
