Senior Executive/Deputy Manager - Finance/Taxation & Compliance - Real Estate/Manufacturing Firm

Responsible for:

1. Preparation, review and submission of Tax Returns (VAT and CT)

2. Provide accounting support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance with the VAT & Corporate Tax regulations in the UAE.

3. Understanding UAE Corporate tax laws and assist in implementation of corporate tax regime.

4. Understanding and preparation of Local/regional Transfer Pricing Documentation and guidelines.

5. Perform procedures to ensure core accounting processes of AP, AR, treasury etc. are compliant with VAT / Corporate tax / other policies.

6. Analyze and interpret changing tax laws & legislation in the UAE, update the Head of Finance of any changes to ensure accurate and timely information on VAT & CT regulations in the UAE.

7. Ensure timely preparation of management information reports and data whenever necessary.

8. Have good accounting knowledge to support with tax reconciliations with accounting records.

Desired profile

- UAE or India 4 year's experience in taxation and compliance

- Prefer experience in real estate or manufacturing industries.

- Should have worked in a complex tax group structure with multiple subsidiaries.

- In depth knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations in UAE
