Senior Executive - Credit & Risk - BFSI

Key responsibilities:

1) Review and check of unsecured loan applications for micro enterprises and livelihood business.

2) Support due diligence on all loan applications.

3) Support business growth while managing the credit function

4) Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS for Risk review along with strong MS Excel skills.

5) Assist in the preparation & implementation of product programs.

6) Facilitate regular audits in line with the business and credit policies approved by board from time to time.

7) Documentation and publishing of reports and audit findings in line with process and policy improvements.

8) Prepare portfolio reports and data at defined intervals.

9) Support Adhoc analysis to uncover risk insights in terms of Sourcing quality, policy loopholes etc.

10) Ability to conduct analysis on portfolio cuts presented.

11) Managing risk reporting to external bureaus and other stakeholders.

12) Liaison with other stakeholders and team members.

13) Strong interpersonal communication.

Requirements:

1) Min 3 years in similar capacity.

2) Qualification - MBA preferred.

3) Prior experience in risk and FINTECH preferred.

4) Advanced certification in Excel and MS office.
