SENIOR EXECUTIVE - COMMUNICATION DESIGN, EMPLOYER BRAND Role summary :&nbsp; Build an exciting, innovative and authentic employer brand across online and offline communication platforms - In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to build our employer brand, internally and externally, across key engagement platforms and social media. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Manage activation and execution of key employer brand and social media projects, including: - Partner on conceptualising the structure and approach. Lead the execution of the engagement strategy, both online and offline, including on-campus activation - Partner on conceptualising the structure of the rewards and recognition framework of the Group's annual global awards ceremony - Build engagement and leading the execution of the engagement strategy, both online and offline, including the main awards ceremony&nbsp; Social media :&nbsp; - End-to-end content management of key social media platforms (including building the content strategy, creating key pieces of content and monitoring engagement metrics). Skills required :&nbsp; - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken &nbsp;- Excellent interpersonal skills&nbsp; - High energy and keen willingness to learn&nbsp; - Ability to think creatively and work with minimal supervision &nbsp;- Time management and co-ordination with different stakeholders &nbsp;- Proactive and result driven&nbsp; - Execution excellence, with end to end ownership
