Leading MNC E-Commerce co. is hiring in Vashi ( Navi Mumbai).

- This Job profile is considered to be No. 1 ranked in online retail industry in India.

- This Job offers options to earn approx. 50 % additional payouts by way of around 20% to 25% salary increment & approx. 30% additional incentive for flexible hours work from home.

- This job role & designation "Sr Executive Client Services" is as per United States hierarchy terminology, wherein it is being part of the core team, and job role is on lines being a Sr. Consultant / Advisor / Account Manager to our client companies CEO's / Director's.

- The Job profile is related to customer support, constituting 70% on emails (using templates) & 30% on call. There is no sales or cold calling involved.

- The pre requisites type written assessment sheet filled by you, followed by on site type written assessment will complete over 90% on the interview process, there is no face to face interview round, further there will be a tele-meet with the client for joining formalities.

Job Description-

- Communicate with CEOs of our clients companies. Prospect and build pipeline, lead regular customer calls to gather general requirements, analyze sales data and set strategies accordingly that coincide with customer goals

- Develop training documentation and conduct training for teams while streamlining teams reporting processes

- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to management

- Lead day to day executions, client deliverables and manage concurrent complex implementations, software set-up, and deployment while closely interfacing with client via telephonic meetings and emails.

- Work with Product Management team to develop product features and enhancements

- Serve as - - product expert- for product offering and also maintain industry expert level of knowledge by leveraging active content via webinars, blog and social media platforms

- In conjunction with senior sales leadership, develop and implement key performance indicators and measures of success for trainee executives as well as the team as a whole

- Meet and exceed individual monthly quotas for sales revenue

Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements

- Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluency in United States English

- This position is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India-

- Shift Timings are (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) 5 days week-
