Sr. Executive BD (Sales)

Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused on the company's mission and objectives and customer satisfaction.

- Creating a customized go-to-market strategies for products & services in different markets & geographies.

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives and Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Define sales strategies and reach targets. Monitor metrics at each stage of the Sales Funnel, Opportunity creation, Deal conversion rate, revenue collection, etc.

- Development of strategies for client retention & recurring growth potential.

- Build long-lasting networks & constantly engage with clients to explore new business opportunities & drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Significant experience of sales & good network in at least two or more of the following domains - Biometric product/ Bank/ Insurance

- Deep knowledge and nuanced understanding of IT product sales, client expectations, trends in SAAS market & Biometrics Sales, and techno-commercial aspects of a business.

- Collaborative personality with the ability to build quick relationships both with internal stakeholders & with clients/decision-makers to drive results.

- Excellent decision-making, logical/analytical, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- MBA is preferred.
