Key Skills :
- 2 to 6 years in Global Sales (North America)
- BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline
- Research and identify leads and prospects
- Create and maintain a database of prospects
- Engage prospects at various stages of the sales cycle
- Conducting sales campaign through emails, cold calls and set up meetings online and F2F
- Follow-up on prospects to get RFI/RFQ/RFP
- Manage, mentor and guide junior BDE team members
- Present capabilities in detail to prospects and clients
- Involve in both Account farming and hunting activities
- Good written and verbal communication (English)
- Passionate and energetic individual who will relentlessly drive sales in the global market.
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
- Flexible to work in USA shift
