Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent to meet the business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, other professional networks and our Applicant Tracking System
- Screen sourced profiles and conduct telephonic interview to shortlist
- Build talent pipeline and maintain recruitment database
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Coach and mentor team under them
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience:- 5 to 7 years of experience in a talent acquisition especially in Non-IT hirings
- Bachelors / MBA degree in human resources management or similar field
- Experience in government consulting / development sector preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
