OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants located at Mumbai, India. Established in the year 1973.

The Firm has 9 Partners at present. They are providing a range of services including Auditing, Taxation consultancy, Management Consultancy and a host of financial services to the clients.

They have their presence in the Head office of Vile Parle along with branches in New Delhi & Pune.

Their commitment towards their Clients encouraged them to obtain ISO 1994: 2000 in the year 2000. The Firm successfully upgraded the same to ISO 9001: 2000 in the year 2005.

Designation : Sr Executive/ Assistant Manager (Statutory Audit)

Experience : 3+ years- experience in audit/ accounting (Post CA Qualification)

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Have experience handling Clients with IGAAP/ IFRS/US GAAP.

- Technical knowledge- working knowledge of Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing, Company Law and other relevant laws.

- Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws.

- Working knowledge about statutory audits

- Should have been handling Teams with at least 4-6 people.

- Handling 4-6 assignments with the year

- Reports to Partners or one level below Partners

SKILLS:

- Technological acquaintance- MS Office.

- Communication skills- good verbal and written skills.

- Have adequate interpersonal skills and team skills.

- Core auditing, process and risk management skills.
