Roles & Responsibilities :
- Source and attract candidates, Develop and update job descriptions, recruiting strategy, Promote company's reputation, Familiarity with HR databases
- Involved in sourcing profiles through different sources.
- Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested in the opportunity.
- Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description by analysing and screening their resumes.
- Headhunting for lateral designations.
- Handling complete recruitment cycle. Conducting interviews, Drives & Lining up candidates. Coordinating with candidates throughout the process of pre & post joining formalities.
- Work with recruitment Vendors
- Involved in salary negotiation, offer roll out, on-boarding, joining formalities, On boarding, induction
- HR Operations management from on-boarding of employees to Exit
P.S : The position is with a logistics startup
Salary range: 6 - 15 LPA
