Reporting will be directly to Head Business HR

Job Description :
TALENT ACQUISTION ROLE:
ENTIRE EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE ROLE : including business strategy, HR strategy, organizational design, job & team design, HR planning, vision & culture, recruitment & selection, onboarding & induction, assessment & appraisal, training & development, engagement & reward, career management and exit.
The role will primarily entail 4 key pillars of HR
- Recruitment : End to end hiring activity from sourcing to processing resumes to negotiation to offer.
- HR operations : Managing complete employee life cycle from joining to confirmation to all major employee milestones.
- People processes : supporting the team on all major people processes like appraisals, talent reviews, increments, 360 surveys etc.
- Employee engagement , end to end responsibility of executing the engagement calender for the division.
- Apart from these, the incumbent will be expected to take up any special projects of their choice and interest.
- Applicants must be mindful of the fact that this is an IC role and will involve a fair bit of operational work including hiring related paperwork etc.
