This Role would involve :

- Advises employees & management on the interpretation of personnel policies, programs & procedures,

- Provides feedback & information to the HR Team regarding HR Issues.

- Participates in Annual performance evaluations,

- Should have initiated programs for Employee connect

- Can speak Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Mallayam
