- Handle the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith
- Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns etc.
- Coordinate the board/general meetings, follow-up actions and preparing minutes thereof.
- Act as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers.
- Manage all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission.
- Manage the Secretarial/Compliance Audit.
- Drafting of Legal documents and Annual Report.
- Advise on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in developing a corporate and social sustainability framework.
- Handle Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Listing Compliances.
- Must have good knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Depositories Act.
