Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Channel Sales - Real Estate

We are currently looking for Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Channel Sales with a leading Real Estate company based at Pune.

Experience: 3+ yrs (Channel sales in residential projects)

Candidate should be Channel Sales back ground who are into Channel Partner tie Ups and sales from Upcountry Pune / Maharastra.

Tie Ups with IPC

Identifying targeted customer through emails, reference, Channel Partners/Estate agents, interacting with potential customer & finalizing the deals.

- Coordinating with Channel Partner, Brokers, and agents for Lead Generation and planning activities for the project.

- Preparing Market Survey, suggesting inputs to marketing team in facilitate the decision making regarding the New Product launches, Pricing Strategy & Product Positioning.

- Participation in other activities like Exhibitions, Promotional Events, Channel Partner meet, Press Conferences & any other promotional activities

- Coordination with peers, seniors, other departments, clients, external agencies for smooth functioning of sale deals, post sales activities & handling customer queries
