Company Current Torun over is 10,000 Corer.   Position: Sr. Executive Accounts  Job Location : Trichy, Tamilnadu  Position Specification:  Educational Qualification: CA Final  Nature of experience : Preparation of MIS & consolidation of Accounts  Duration of experience: 2-3 years (Manufacturing organization Preferred)   Main areas of expertise-financials accounting, MIS, Direct Taxation, Audit, Treasury, Indirect taxation  Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:  Monthly MIS report circulated in time:  - Ensuring Closer of Oracle books on time.  - Collecting and Consolidate internal process reports on time.  - Obtaining Approval of GCMT to release on time.  - Ensuring timely circulation of BFAT for releasing Flash.   - Providing variances analysis to BFAT.   Ensure that all sub-ledgers are matching with GL:  - Ensure Unaccounted/invalidated invoices are posted in Oracle on time.  - Escalation of abnormalities to users to take appropriate correction.  - Ensuring manual JVs are not posted into the sub ledger accounts.  - Ensure the reports from oracle on time  Circulate unit budget assumptions and results in time:  - Preparation of unit assumptions for preparing Budget.  - Consolidation of sales & production inputs in the budget file & presenting to the GCMT for approval.  - Finalization of the budget and submitting to complex head for approval.  - Preparing variance analysis for on various budget vs actual for specific periods.  - Facilitating the TL GCMT in taking counter measures on abnormalities.  Accounting of depreciation on a monthly basis:  - Ensuring addition & deletions during the month & accounting the same in oracle.  - To verify assets about physical availability.  - Compliance of deprecations with Schedule XIV of Companies Act and As-6.  Ensure quarterly audit, cost audit and anti-dumping audit in time:  - Preparation of schedules as per auditor's requirements.  - Coordination the internal & external audit reviews.  - Adherence to the business & corporate requirements for consolidation.  - Ensuring of compliance of all statutory requirements.  Ajit Kumar 9871455599
