Key Responsibilities :

- Financial Reporting : Manage month-end closing of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Compliance Oversight : Ensure timely compliance with tax requirements, including GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

- Reconciliation : Perform reconciliations for vendors, customers, and inter-company transactions to maintain financial accuracy.

- Audit Coordination : Facilitate both internal and external audit processes, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance.

- Periodic Financial Closure : Lead quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, maintaining financial integrity.

- Reporting : Prepare various financial reports for stakeholders, providing valuable insights into financial performance.

- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

Financial Expertise : Profound knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and experience with Tally (preferred).

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relationship Building : Proven ability to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.

Advanced Excel : Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
