Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager - Consulting/Advisory Firm

Our client, a US based organization who is a Global Leader in the Consulting/Advisory space is hiring a Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager for its Delivery Centres in India.

The role would be based out of Bangalore

The ideal candidate:

- Would possess 8 to 12 years of experience in Ethics and Compliance

- Have a strong understanding and background in compliance and must be a strong manager who is capable of navigating of complex and sensitive situations

- S/he must be a strong people manager and have the ability to build an image as a champion of ethical behaviour.

- Must have experience in handling ICC and Employee Investigations

- Would be confident in handling all India Statutory Compliances

- Would be comfortable navigating a corporate environment and driving a Compliance culture across the business.
