- Hands on technology leader for building software products in healthcare space

- Owning the overall architectural and technology needs for the product

Description:

- Building data driven software products and frameworks

- Build, develop and guide high performing teams

- Owning end to end development of scalable, robust and durable products

- Building capability of current and future technologies

- Mentoring team members on technical front

- Understanding business requirement and create design and architecture documents.

- Engaging with senior stakeholders for product related decisions

- Performing code reviews, owning complex modules and guiding and helping team in implementation.

- Building product road map and involvement in design and architecture related discussions

- Collaborating and working with global teams

Profile:

- Ability to design and plan large scale products

- Understanding of system design along with any programming language

- Experience with Microsoft stack and azure preferred

- Familiarity with code versioning tools and Devops concepts

- Experience in building products around health care is a plus

- 10+ years of IT Experience with 3-4 years of experience in managing large teams

- Experience in guiding and working with managers and architects
