Senior Engineering Manager/Senior Architect - Product Development Firm - IIT/NIT

Some skills we consider critical to being a Senior Engineering Manager :

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

- Over 10 years of industry experience, of which 1-3 years of supervisory experience is required

- Entrepreneurial focus with an inherent sense of urgency and accountability.

- Experience with agile (including successful agile transformations) or similar methodologies for continuous development of product and technology.
