One of my clients is looking for Senior Engineering Manager with strong experience in Software Delivery and Technology for BFSI Clients.

The location for this profile is Pune.

- A minimum of 12 years experience is required in the IT industry and the person must have handled Banking clients.

- The person must have driven Transformation program .

- Experience in Engineering of new systems, Re- engineering, Modernization of legacy applications will be preferred.

- Strong leadership and management ability with good employee motivation skills.

- The person will manage one or more teams with specialized skills, across technologies, products or domains within IT Engineering.

- The band offered is 4. The client is open budgeted in terms of compensation.

- Candidate with experience in iSERIES/ AS400 is desired.

Salary:INR 35,00,000 - 50,00,000 P.A
