Senior Engagement Manager - Technology & Digital Transformation - Financial Services Domain

Job Description:

- Seasoned consultant with 8+ years of consulting experience with International client and stakeholder management experience.

- Excellent client presence and client communication skills.

- Consultants should understand the key technology trends in their domain and the related business implications.

- Advising on product/ services strategy or go-to-market strategy or business model design etc. for technology companies. Understanding changing customer needs and its implications on technology industry

- Should be well verse with areas of emerging technologies such as cognitive computing, internet of things (IoT), fintech, blockchain, automation, and emerging business practices such as the collaborative/sharing economy, social commerce, data-based business models

- Proven track record for Account management/ program management , Ability to manage a diverse team including consultants, project managers and development teams.

- Excellent people skills and ability to work in a time-line driven environment.

- Exposure to AI based technologies would be beneficial.

- He should have experience in technology and digital transformation in Financial Services and Diversified Industrial companies.
