Job purpose:
Your main role is to provide designated support on Business Tax Compliance engagements in all three phases of the business practice - pursuits, transitions and service delivery. This support includes assistance in working with the Dallas bid and pursuit team with proposal requests, performing various tasks in the completion of transitions, setting up and maintaining the client technology infrastructure, handling follow-up with E&Y foreign offices regarding missing information and open issues, report generating and special projects, as needed.
Your client responsibilities:
Bids and Pursuits:
Populate PAM tool with existing client fees
Send reminder emails for pursuits, as needed
Prepare benchmarks
Send out and track information requests
Complete special projects, as required
Transition:
Complete Global Tracker upload template
Create and maintain contact lists
Set-up and add folders to document repository tool
Set up and monitor responses for regional conference calls
Set up Transition Tracking Report and ATO mailbox
Send out validation requests and reminders
Complete special projects, as required
Service Delivery:
Send out requests and follow-ups for missing attachments
Send out reminders and follow-ups for past due tasks - 1st and 2nd reminders
Run and format KPI reports
Complete company, task and deliverable owner changes in Global Tracker
Update start and/or end date of a task in Global Tracker
Update task details in Global Tracker
Complete rollover verification - 1st and 2nd reminders
Update ACT database
Add deliverables to ACT database
Provide EYGT Read Access to users
Perform tasks in GDM, as required
Complete Global Tracker upload template
Complete special projects, as required
Technical skills requirements:
We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)
2 to 3 years of total work experience
Any non Commerce Bachelors or Maters Degree
Excellent business communication skills
Good Reviewing skills
Good Coaching Skills
Team Player
Ability to understand and execute GCR business requirements
You will need to:
Primary contact for engagement(s)
Monitor the work flow and allocating work to team members
Monitor the progress of work status and ensuring timely delivery
Review the teams work and ensuring quality
Provide guidance to team members
Act as a first point of contact for any clarifications
Escalate issues to the leadership as and when required
Coach the team members
