General Description of the Job :

- Our acquired 3 banks in the past. Employees of these three banks have been inducted into various branches across the nation.

- As a senior employee relations lead, the incumbent will be responsible for all the HR related interventions for these set of staff.

- The incumbent will also spearhead all compliance and disciplinary proceedings of the bank.

- Should be a champion of labour laws and advise the management on implications of actions taken.

- Should be comfortable with drafting and work in tandem with the legal team of the Bank.

- Should network effectively to assess the employee sentiments.
