Senior Editor - Total Quality Management
- Will be part of a global team of Editors for a market research and consultancy leader
- 2+ years of Editorial/Proofreading Experience is a must
- Should have worked in market research or consultancy firms
- To support total quality management of deliverables. This includes copy-editing, deliverable standardization, technical editing and content writing to ensure that the final output is par excellence.
- Will work on a broad range of documents, ranging from reports, presentations, technical documents and client specific deliverables.
- Edit deliverables from native and nonnative speakers of English for clarity, consistency, and style.
- Will play a major role in our day-to-day editorial and publication support responsibilities and help in achieving client satisfaction.
- Edit and proofread documents as per the in-house and style guide conventions (Chicago manual)
- Ensure immaculate grammar, sentence structure, mechanics, and word choice
- Enhance content for style, clarity, readability, coherence, and flow
- Edit deliverables and confer with authors regarding changes in content, style or organization
- Manage daily editorial responsibilities smoothly while adhering to deadlines
