Duties and Responsibility

Senior Editor

The client is looking for a creative, inspired and experimental head content editor. This individual should be able to tell stories and form a connect with women. The Content editor will be a part of our core team and will be given the chance to build her/his own team.

Responsibilities

- To create the yearly and monthly content strategy for the platform based trends and analytics

- To define the content standards and create the online style guide

- Write, edit and proofreading articles, videos and posts

- Optimize content according to SEO

- Creating innovative content using all forms of multimedia

- Staying ahead of social and publishing content trends

- Manage content distribution across all web platforms to increase web traffic.

- Managing freelancer content writers and editing their content to get standards

- Ensure compliance with law (copyright and data protection)

Requirements and Skills

- Prior experience of 5-7 years with writing and creating a variety of content for consumers

- Experience with writing content for Indian women.

- A desire to create extremely innovative content and brainstorm new/different ideas.

- Keen eye for grammar and language.

- A voracious reader of other platform content

- Experience with distributing content across platforms

- Excellent English written skills

- Good organizational and time management skills to ensure meeting deadlines
