Role & Responsibilities :

- Analyse economic data through statistical modelling to understand current trends and forecast future outlook.

- Forecast all Indian economic and policy parameters impacting various asset classes.

- Write thematic, policy, and event based reports, while maintaining high quality and timelines.

- Offer monthly updates on PMI, IIP, CPI, WPI, trade, and fiscal deficit; Quarterly and Annual updates on monetary policy, Balance of Payment, and GDP; Budget analysis and other events.

- Create a regular monthly report covering analysis of inflow of economic data in the current month, estimates for the coming months and overall economic outlook.

- Write detailed thematic reports; few researched themes are Yen-carry trade, Financial crisis, Agriculture/monsoon, Consumption, investment, Savings and others covering Indian economic outlook.

- Maintain a fair perspective of the prevalent global economic issues and developments

- Regularly updated on political, policy and sectoral developments impacting Indian and Global economies

- Maintain proficient relationship with RBI and Ministry of Finance
