Senior Diversity Leader - Finance & Accounts - BFSI (18-22 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Good F&A background, preferably both corporate and third party

- Manage F&A client in different industries and have the ability to manage across towers viz - Order To Cash, Record to Report, Accounts Payable and some experience in Strategic finance like FP&A, Statutory audit, Tax and Treasury

- Managing client engagements/contracts across geographies- Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting

- Engage with various existing support teams (Analytics / Block Chain / AI / Robotics Automation) that will help us achieve the final result

- Pick opportunities where large transformations can be applied keeping in mind the Strategic and Visionary business outcomes

- Ability to drive Innovation initiatives with a focus on business outcomes/goals

- Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction

- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making

- Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters - critical to quality- for process delivery

- Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training

- Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met

- Drive Innovation & Transformation

- Futuristic/strategic thinker

- Drive transformation on current accounts

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Min of 18+ years of experience in F&A domain

- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing across aspects of RTR / PTP / OTC

- Candidates with CA/ MBA from Tier-1 institutes

- Demonstrated ability in driving innovation and transformation elements in current/ past roles

- Prior Exposure in having implement ERP or oracle tools in F&A environment

- Exposure to financial planning, forecasting and group reporting

- Focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOW

- Ability to interact and manage multiple customers across the globe and handle escalations

- Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively

- Should have managed large teams

- Drive to continuously look for opportunities to improve metrics and data validation

- Analytical and numerical ability

- Good Presentation and communication skills with flexibility in work hours
