Senior Distribution Manager - FMCG

- Work/Guide CSM team to ensure that all issues with respect to DISTRIBUTION are logged on to DISTRIBUTION Service Cell during their monthly visit.

- Work with DISTRIBUTION Service cell and identify root cause of all complaints pertaining to DISTRIBUTION, identify improvement initiatives and close the gaps.

- Work with CSMs / DISTRIBUTION Service Cell to ensure all DISTRIBUTION log in at least one call in every month

- DISTRIBUTION Watch Gap report (division wise) Route cause analysis division wise of no. of DISTRIBUTION in exception

- Ensure availability of Back up DISTRIBUTION

- Review gap in DISTRIBUTION - Appointment to discontinuation time gap for all divisions and identify improvement initiatives and implement action plans.

Desired Candidature:

1. Full time MBA (Marketing).

2. Candidate must be willing to relocate.

Industry preferred: FMCG, Tyre, Construction Chemical, paints. Please apply if you are totally into distribution only and must be from any of these industries.
