Role Responsibilities:
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centres. End-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & overall customer NPS
- Drive CXO level sales
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts - Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
