Role Objective: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L of South region comprising of 3-4 independent centres and lead a team spread across locations. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation. Target Industry :- pref. target Industrial goods companies, telecom &amp; start-ups Role Responsibilities: - Own &amp; grow the P&amp;L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centres. End-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations &amp; overall customer NPS - Drive CXO level sales - Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts - Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement - Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities - Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth - Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders - Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables Key Stakeholders: Internal With: Supply Team, Operations, Supply chain &amp; Warehouse Teams , Finance, Technology &amp; HR Purpose: Supply Team For onboarding, product listing ,vendor management , Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders &amp; Customer NPS , For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members External With: Customers/Key Accounts Purpose: Hunting, Farming &amp; Account management Qualification &amp; Experience: - 10+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/Industrial/ Manufacturing space. Consultative sales experience &amp; CXO level sales experience would be require - Excellent communication &amp; people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team across multiple locations - Should have worked in South India and be familiar with the local ecosystem - Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry - Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets - B. Tech &amp; MBA from Tier 1 institute
