Senior Director/VP - Delivery - Financial Services

About the Role :

As a Senior Director / VP, you will report directly to the SVP and lead one or two of the 4 large business units comprising of a highly talented team of technical experts (comprising of engineers, implementation consultants, analysts, SDETs and program management staff). Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive the growth of our professional services organization, serve as a key stakeholder in the development of our platform roadmap and own the execution of our technology vision to the end customer.

What you'll do :

- Deliver a scalable Professional Services model that enables company to measure, track and improve service delivery to customers

- Continually strengthen project performance and orchestrate the required KPI definition and reporting to ensure execution excellence

- Engage with technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements and customer feedback into recommendations that drive execution strategy

- Establish processes to ensure structured feedback and collaboration between the Professional Services and Product teams to drive improved CSAT, product design and implementation quality

- Partner with the sales organization in the construction of account management opportunities to strengthen the pipeline and maximize in-year revenue

- Own the financial performance of the professional services team with a focus on both topline and EBITDA growth

- Enable continuous process refinement to operate a scalable overall software services business that has experienced a 40% CAGR for the last 3 years

Qualifications :

- 20+ years of experience with exposure to large-scale complex enterprise applications in Lending/Leasing/Asset Finance space

- Demonstrated history of leading large teams managing across a range of product-based implementations

- Exposure to diverse geographies (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific)

- Extensive experience with new-age digital technologies (Cloud, Data, AI/ML)

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
