Senior Director - Transition - BPO (10-19 yrs)
BPO Experience is Must
- Strong Transition experience within different vertical market segments such as F&A, mortgage, telecom, retail, banking, healthcare, etc
- Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills; ability to assess and anticipate client needs and instill confidence.
- Minimum of 5+ years successfully managing the complete project life cycle involving multiple functions and teams of 10+ people.
- Be the expert: Be responsible for leading client facing projects from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and close-down processes.
- Strengthen relationships: Work closely with customers to deliver their projects on time and on budget. They must possess the ability to lead combined teams with senior client, 3rd party vendor,
- The ability to report and present to executive management is a must
