Qualification and Experience - 1. Graduate / Post Graduate 2. 10 plus years of experience in delivering and managing training function in large BPO / KPO set up 3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in classroom and virtual Environment 4. Experience in eCommerce / F and A would be added advantage 5. Managed mass performance improvement enabled by technology / processes 6. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key requirements for training proactively. Technical / Soft Skills- - Content Creation and Management - Understanding of Training need Analysis - People Management Skills - Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills - Training and scheduling experience - Exposure to Data Analytics - End to end business training governance and advise leadership - Proactively identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement - Proactively analyze resources on timely basis with business and transition team - Plan and deploy process training basis organisation growth plans and goals - Track and report employee success and progress&nbsp; - Prepare and monitor budget for process training programs and workshops - Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with high degree of communication
