Senior Director

Our Client is one of the fortune 500 International bank in the region and is looking for a Senior Director who will be responsible for setting and driving strategic agenda of India Business, leading a team of high end researchers / analysts and Big Data Analytics professionals. This is a new role due to continuous expansion of the bank in the region.

Brief responsibilities will include :

- Developing and executing the strategy at Organizational Level.

- Drive results in the area to meet commitments, analysis/development, review work, approve decisions

- Leading the India operational aspects, but also ensuring regional and global consistency of all of the above

- Translates business visions and goals into team agendas, communicating both with senior executives and the team.

To qualify for this role you will require:

- MBA with background in any quantitative field like Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering.

- Demonstrable organisational skills in a dynamic environment

- Proven communication skills in dealing with local and global stakeholders across all levels.

- Experience of working independently to improve and enhance a process, including highly developed ability to review, analyse and provide innovate solutions across a wide range of areas

- Experience in working within teams, managing teams across a matrix environment and across geographies
