Senior Director - Solutions Design & Bid Management - IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services (18-21 yrs)
- Solution and Bid Management job opportunity for a professional holding minimum 18 years of experience in IT solution sales, Enterprise Solutions Sales for IT infrastructure services & Cloud Services to Banking, Financial services clients. You must be an expert in Solution Strategy, Solution Designing, Bid management, making proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFX. You must have a creative and strong solutions mindset having a relevant certification with good hands on experience and up to date knowledge of the industry with experience in team management.

- Providing technical infrastructure solutions by listening to the customers/prospects, sales leaders etc.
- Understanding the requirements of the stakeholders in designing, developing and implementing the solutions accordingly.
- Identifying and providing right infrastructure managed services to meet short term and long term requirements of the customers.
- Updating the sales team on new business trends for creating new business opportunities.
- Participating in scope definition workshops with customers and prospects in order to identify the potential opportunities and propose winning solutions accordingly.
- Conceptualizing Solution Strategy, Win Theme, Transformation approach and providing technical (People, Process & Platform) solution for the RFX response while working closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process
- A Post graduate with minimum 18 years of experience in designing & implementing Solutions, Bid management, making Proposals, RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFX in an IT setup.
- Hands on experience in providing IT Software Solutions in IT Infrastructure Services & Cloud Services to BFSI clients with experience in revenue generation & new client acquisition.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry and new business trends in order to provide strong, creative and solutions to the customers/prospects.
- Stakeholder engagement ability in order to provide best solutions by understanding the needs.
- Strong hands on experience in IT service management, IT strategy, IT offshoring/outsourcing etc.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills with hands on experience in team management.
