Role : Senior Director - Solutioning - Digital/Telecom/Technical Support

Solution Architect - Digital/Telecom/Technical Support

An appropriate candidate for this position should have :

- Minimum of 16 years of experience in creating business Solutions using various business platforms

- Strong experience in Business platform evaluation, vendor evaluation, contract/Agreement negotiation & closure, vendor on-boarding

- Creating proposition for go to market strategy with platform vendor for business services (Digital/Telecom/Technical Support)

- Comfortable with new technologies like RPA, Cloud, IoT, big data etc.

- Strong experience in working with Analyst community for demonstrating the organization Platform capabilities and looking out for the trend in BPO industry

- Client/Vendor handling and working with multiple teams in various GEOs.

- Working Experience in US/Europe GEO will be plus

- The ability to demonstrate successful application of industry knowledge

- Understanding of sales strategies, Passion for using technology to solve issues across a large customer base

- Strong written, presentation and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills, business acumen and virtual team building
