Director role in IT Analytics space - Techno Functional JD - FP&A

- Your experience and skills :

You have:

- CA qualification or MBA from reputed institution

- 11 to 15 years of related FP&A experience esp. to support Group Technology function. Experience of servicing senior level clients, International work experience

- Group level reporting and legal entity structures experience

- Proven change management and process improvement experience. Problem solving skills and ability to challenge client

You are:

- An individual contributor with adequate detail orientation

- Strong leader with good people management skills & ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English

- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PPT, etc., good knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, ESSBASE, etc.

- Ability to develop macros will be an added advantage

A senior level resource looking to become a key SME providing high quality, the end to end reporting and analytical services to our Finance CFO and Corporate Centre functional clients. The role requires team management skills in addition to being an individual contributor

Your Responsibilities

- Client Support and team management. Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Group IT CFO, Accounting & Control, and client COO teams.

- Direct and/or virtual team management. Reporting and Cost Analysis for IT division

- Understanding the main drivers within IT cost base with a view to providing advice and insights to partner teams

- Oversight and review and/or preparation of the monthly actuals, P&L rolling cost forecasts and 3 year strategic plan including variance analysis and commentary

- Ad-hoc analytic support on costs, projects or products

- Leveraging best practice/PEX way of working across all processes

- Report development with the client and managing report and structure change requests. Report scheduling, production, and standardization. Client review and presentation

- Application/enhancement of our internal quality assurance and controls framework

The role is within the Group Finance Integrated Middle Office Financial Controlling (IMOFC) team, which is part of the Corporate Centre COO team.
