Senior Director - PSU Bank Fund Raising

Key responsibilities :

- Manage and lead the identification of, and approaches various Public Sector Banks; including identification of new funding opportunities.

- Build on relationships with existing PSUs, preparing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding

- Create, monitor and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for fund raising

- Prepare financial models for fundraising opportunities

- Understand due diligence requests from prospective banks and gather necessary information and prepare a comprehensive response

- Produce detailed annual action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development and outlining measurable objectives

- Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals with both existing and new Public sector entities

- Successfully develops and maintains tracking tools and presentation templates

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy

Job requirements :

- CA/MBA from premier institute

- 10+ years of work experience, preferably in NBFC Treasury, or Corporate banking primarily raising funds from Public sector banks

- Should have raised 500+ Crs in past 12 months with minimum 12-15 sanctions

- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external banking seniors

- Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations

- Forward looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions

- Very strong presentation skills required

- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
