Presently managing 10-15 people , with a scope to manage 30+ people
- Strong experience in setting up process & systems to scale the delivery
- Strong end to end project delivery experience
- Should have handled P/L responsibility /Account growth & farming
- Should have been in a customer facing role
- Educational qualification - Btech / BE along with Masters from a decent institute
- PMP /PMI /Scrum/Waterfall /agile certified
- You will have an opportunity to define the strategy and develop the Analytics practice for our client.
- The role requires the individual to have ownership across delivery , stake holder management , Project management & People development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence:
- Define, develop, deploy and ensure adoption of the frameworks and standards to provide excellence across each of the projects.
- Continuously identify and analyze the shortcomings, figure out the root causes and deploy the changes.
Revenue Management:
- Accountable for the revenue from the Current engagements and enhance the revenue from current stakeholders.
- Support the Account Management in growing the accounts by providing the thought leadership through POVs and innovative solutions.
People Development :
- Develop and build a team of high performing professionals by setting a high bar for on-boarding and continuous learning
- Identify the skills and technologies required for the future and develop the plans to enhance these competencies.

Qualifications:
- 12+ yrs of overall exp in Analytics / Business functions or exp in Management Consulting
- M.tech / B.tech or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics or any quantitative domain, or MBA from a premier institute.
- Excellent analytical abilities: Data driven with attention to details. Proficient in quantitative analysis, statistical/data science techniques.
- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts,
- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner .
- Demonstrated ability of ownership and accountability to drive business metrics through analytics
