This person must have a proven track record of successful software product delivery and leader that has experience with large enterprise SaaS platforms and can lead R&amp;D efforts to expand its SaaS capabilities and Agile Development Operations Methodology. - Specifically, he/she will be responsible for supporting a large part of the product development lifecycle through application and platform engineering, design, quality assurance, and customer support. - This person will need to demonstrate the ability to develop leaders, train staff, and establish a cohesive agile software methodology consistent within the product family. This person must be capable of growing and managing a large engineering and development organization.&nbsp; - Hiring and mentoring the right people and ensuring their excitement and motivation about the advanced products is an important need of this individual.
