The incumbent shall be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's HR & Business Unit.
Proven experience in planning and implementation of skills strategic HR, talent management, performance management, competency mapping, L&D, HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR policies & processes and use of talent assessment and development tools.
An HR head is also expected to take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firms objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA (HRM) from Premier (Tier 1) Institute with 5 to 15 years of experience from middle / large reputed Infrastructure / Infra Consulting organisation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
