Senior Director - Operations - US Healthcare - RCM

Job Description :

- 16-24 years of experience in Healthcare / RCM with a background in reputed companies with a focus on Front-end including Insurance verification and Front End

- P&L Management experience

- Exposure to market-leading tools and technologies in RCM space

- Strategic outlook including knowledge of the business, awareness of the industry, point-of-view on products / services / trends / disruptions / service differentiators

- Experience in driving Transformation through Process Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Digitization (platforms, tools, technologies), Automation etc. Working on large-scale projects involving client-side / end-to-end transformation will be an advantage

- Best-in-class External and Internal stakeholder management skills

- Strong Financial analysis skills

- Sound Problem-solving and Analytical skills

- Ability to build and motivate teams

- Self-starter who strives for excellence for themselves and their teams

- Attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality outcomes

- Work with Sales and Client Services teams to grow the Front-end business, including enhancement of service / product offerings, cross and up-sell activities, deal solutioning and bid processes, and driving first-time-right transitions

- Achieve best-in-class Customer NPS

- Manage Front End P&L (revenues, operating costs, capacity planning, invoicing, efficiencies etc.)

- Implement policies, procedures, the appropriate incentive structure, and a performance management process focused on achieving agreed-upon production, quality and other SLA-related goals

- Manage SoWs and Contracts to companys advantage, also enforcing PHI, HIPAA and other compliance requirements across the organization

- Identify and drive process excellence, digitization, and automation within the vertical in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
