Senior Director - Operations - ITO/BPO

Our client is into providing business intelligence, analytics and market research services to its clients across the globe, looking to hire Head of Operations in India.

The role will be responsible for :

- Leading the governance services operations unit in India.

- Managing transition of new clients governance services in India.

- Hire, train and motivate the resources across levels within the Governance services unit in India.

- Manage the Governance Service operations budget.

Looking for candidates with :

- 20+ years of experience operations management experience.

- Should have minimum 7 - 10 years of ITO / BPO operations experience.
