The role will report into the Vice President Operations based out of Gurgaon. - The Senior Director position is responsible for managing the operations delivery and customer relationship for businesses based out of India locations. The Sr .Director -Operations is a seasoned business leader and advisor with responsibility for partnering with Delivery Teams to provide thought leadership, relationship management, and offshore accountability for delivery and operational excellence. This person must convince client leaders and operators of his/her value, earn their trust and time, and work collaboratively to ensure smooth delivery. - The senior director holds accountability for the P&amp;L of a business or part of a business operating unit. Manage daily operations of multiple layers of leaders, managers and staff. He / she may also be expected to deliver day to day site operations, manage leadership internal and external to the organization. He / she will be accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals).Project management and implementation along with staff management. Job Scope - Develop, translate and execute strategies or functional/operational objectives for a line of business (LOB), or major portion of a business segment that he/she is accountable for. - Create the LOB's strategic priorities which complies with and enhances the company-wide strategic priorities and business plan; Continuously reshape business level / process level best practices to provide highest customer satisfaction - Drive Operations Efficiency, Quality, and Financial Performance through end to end account ownership on customers MOBs and committed solutions to the customer - Review consolidated operational performance reports, identify patterns and problem areas in order to continuously shape and improve operational efficiency, quality and financial performance - Identify opportunities for new programs for program consolidation or expansion; discovers and funnels opportunities in the customer landscape. - Directs others to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems that affect major functions or disciplines. - Becomes the trusted advisor and listens for demand signals and assist customers in solving issues - Owns and understands customer requirements and aggregates services at an OGS International Level within the gamut of the OGS and UHC operating model - Lead and support cross-UHC customer initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence by directly scoping, executing, controlling and closing strategy projects - Provide leadership support for effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs, and ensuring client needs are met - Nurture and develop strong relationships within UHC delivery organization leaders - Develop strong relationships and Influence Senior Leadership at Optum Global Solutions and United Health Care to adopt new ideas, products and/or approaches and gain commitment on cross-segment initiatives - Bring in a strong external perspective while delivering transformational outcomes - Spearhead organizational change - Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and work quality Desired Profile: - Post Graduate, MBA/ PGDBM - 17+ years of total relevant experience leading large delivery teams and managed Sr level relationships - Prior experience in managing healthcare delivery teams in house or with third party added advantage - Drive a strong culture by fostering team work, collaboration with team members and with stakeholders - Foster culture of innovation and performance - Demonstrable leadership skills in a team setting where team members are not direct reports - Directly managed people in delivering consulting/advisory services at the corporate level - Superior conceptual, analytical and financial modeling skills - Experience in understanding competitive positioning/ customer needs and analyzing trends - Demonstrable ability to deliver results with large-scale, cross-functional teams - Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills - Ability to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing Kindly please share cv only if your current CTC is about 55 Lacs
