Senior Director - Mega Workshare Engineering Projects - Oil & Gas

Job Description

A leadership position, responsible for leading a portfolio of multiple Oil & Gas Engineering Projects in Workshare environment, delivery for a top international Engineering company.

- Candidates with Engineering delivery in Workshare, Data centric delivery multi-project leadership environment will be preferred.

- Monitoring Engineering Project progress and delivery of the projects, overseeing the Engineering Team. Monitoring target, goals, objective, and conducting appraisal

- Organising, managing, and developing the staff and implementation of the HR principles and policies

- Coordinating the preparation and implementation of internal management systems, policies and controls with a focus on QHSE systems and processes

- Responsible for Risk Management function

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 20 years of experience in Senior Engineering Project Management, preferably in the oil & gas industry

- Have an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk management

- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
