Senior Director - Automation Lead - Diversity Only Experience Required for this Position - - This role is responsible for day-to-day management of the Automation Factory - Accountable for development and delivery of Digital Products - Work closely with the Reporting Factory, Process Excellence and Enterprise IT leadership team to develop and deploy digital solutions and products using integrated set of technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML, conversational AI, robotics, cognitive services, app services, OCR) - 16+ years of experience - Spearhead development and delivery of digital products for the Digital Factory - Collaborate with Reporting Factory, Process Excellence, Enterprise, and Sector IT leadership team for execution of design, access provisioning, technology infrastructure & security, architecture, technology integration and release management process - Be the subject matter experts in next gen. digital tools (e.g., RPA, AI, ML, conversational AI, robotics, cognitive services, app services, OCR) and provide thought-leadership to Process Design & Excellence team on digital trends and industry standards - Accountable for maintenance of the digital products deployed in production (includes break-fixes and enhancements) - Ensure Digital Products meet service level agreements (e.g., success rate, requested turnaround time) - Drive and implement rigorous quality standards for all aspects of the automation build and delivery in line with Enterprise IT development standards and governance framework - Lead and effectively manage team of development resources and ensure timely and successful delivery of digital products Sr. Consultant
