Responsibilities : - Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long range and annual priorities of the business. - Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization. - Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization - Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance and optimize the benefits. - HR strategy to partner the business through Talent Acquisition, Organization Restructuring, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and increased efficiencies Job Descriptions : - Help identify the future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system. Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization. - Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization a preferred place to work. - Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training. - Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes. Experience and Background : - Full-time MBA in HR from Tier 1 Institutes only - 18 - 20 years of work experience in manufacturing / Logistics sector. - Must have worked in strategic HR areas, including talent acquisition, talent management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Change Management and Rewards. - Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence business leaders. - Strong ethics and integrity and ability to build the culture. - Proven business partnering with measurable business impact.
