Reporting to : CFO & CEO
Experience : 15-20 years
Location : Bengaluru / Mumbai / Hyd / Delhi NCR
CA is MUST (Full Time)
Experience of Handling large team and Operations of Large Organisation is preferred
- The role is required to handle and champion the culture of robust financial controls and compliance in the organization.
- Additionally the role enables system improvement by adopting best practices & latest technologies as well as ensures high team performance.
KRAs :
1. Review the Financial Statements (FS) and circulate them to stakeholders / auditors
2. Review SOPs and Risk Control Matrix (RCMs) regularly
3. Supervise test of design and test of control for financial sub-processes
4. Recommend improvements in SOPs, controls and financial sub processes basis deviations and variance analysis
5. Support in the creation and implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
6. Ensure pro-active input into preventative actions to address key business risks
Skills Must :
- Advanced knowledge of Ind AS /GAAP
