Senior Director - Finance & Accounts - Logistics Firm

Responsibilities:

Setting up complete Finance function for large European express logistics client within Company including day 1 solution, To be process design, process definition, transformation road map, KPI definition & SLA agreement, E2E process blueprinting of AP, AR, Tax, Accounting & Reporting, Closing & Consolidation etc.

E2E transition management to move processes from captive Shared service to Company.

Driving transformation for automation by identification of manual processes in order to drive efficiency.

Leading various projects within F&A in order to achieve efficient working capital management, fast month end close, timely consolidation and reporting, improved productivity in all sub processes.

Lead, Design and govern operational excellence continuous improvement in Finance & Accounting.

Lead the design and implementation of custom clearance process & governance strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Provide counsel & strategic recommendation to client leadership

Successfully manage Global and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of processes across Global and Local Service Centers, as well as CoEs.

Leads Global Change Review Board to assess, review, prioritize and agree on local, regional and Global change requests in processes, systems, and channel and service delivery changes.
