Senior Director - Enterprise Sales - Manufacturing/OEMs - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/IIT/NIT

Must-Haves : B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, New Business Acquisition, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Strong P&L management Domain:- Manufacturing, Chemical, Renewable Energy Team Handling Skills is mandatory, as he/she has to handle the entire west region.

Strict No-Nos : Ed Tech, IT, Real Estate, E-commerce/internet.

Role Objective : We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.

Role Responsibilities :

- Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility for sales, account management, operations & supply chain.

- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them, and convert them to consistent key accounts.

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in share of business.

- Ensure account stabilization and further growth

Work Experience :

(a) 15+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space.

(b) Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills :

(a) Excellent communication & people management skills.

(b) Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Essential
